Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be totally satisfied with everything that you purchase from us. We personally stand by the quality of our products, however if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will gladly offer an exchange or a full refund, no questions asked. Items must be in their original new condition and we cannot reimburse you for the cost of the original shipping. Returns

If you wish to return your purchase for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost) please use the mailing address below. The merchandise must be in its original new condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. If this is a Holiday purchase, no worries- we understand that our customers are usually buying early and make an exception. Please include a copy of your invoice and we will gladly process your refund within 5 business days. Please note- if the item looks used or damaged we cannot issue a refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product or a different size, please return the item with a copy of your invoice as well as a note describing your exchange. The merchandise must be in its original new condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. If this is a Holiday purchase, no worries- we understand that our customers are usually buying early and make an exception. We will gladly ship your exchange within 5 business days. A minimum charge will be applied to your credit card for return shipping.
