Metta is a Pali word meaning loving kindness, an unconditional love and empathy that accepts all living things. Metta Bhavana is a meditation which encourages us to give metta to ourselves, so we may be more able to bestow it upon others.

It comes with a dowel which allows you to set up the sign like a picture frame on a desk or shelf, as well as the option of hanging it on a wall.
