Om refers to the all-encompassing sound of the Universe. From the Sanskrit, Om represents God in the fullest sense. To a Yogi no symbol is more powerful. Om is used as a mantra in meditation and contains within it the cosmic vibration.

Namaste is a greeting used in yoga practice.  It literally means "my soul bows to your soul."
